Ongoing Individual Therapy

My practice uses an eclectic approach to ensure you’re receiving personalized care to best suit the needs and nuances of your specific situation.

I’ll provide a comfortable space for you to talk about what’s on your mind and what you’ve been feeling. I can teach you techniques to connect to your body and relax your nervous system so you can feel relief from the heaviness of stress and emotional burdens, connect more presently with life, and experience life with more enthusiasm. I’ll invite you to think of your situations differently, explore your values and areas of life that bring you joy, build on your resilience in times of strife, and help you live with more passion and compassion for yourself and others.

My ongoing counselling averages six to twelve sessions, and you may decide you want more or less depending on the situation. I’ll be able to suggest a timeframe uniquely suited to your situation.
